We work on the honor system. 
The more we teach you the more you will be able to do for yourself.  In exchange, we ask that you pass the word on to others who need our technical assistance.  In this way, we build our business and educate the public about how to use and maintain their PC systems.

From computer programing in the early 1980s to technical training through IBM and other companies, Terence has many years of tried and true knowledge learned from top industry professionals, including his father who was a programmer and technician at a National Laboratory.  He is a natural computer geek for more than 23 years.
